Payment for our merchandise can be made on our website using credit card or paypal.  You may also order by mail, phone, or fax and pay via mail by check or money order as well as credit card.  We will verify receipt of funds for purchases made by check before we ship the merchandise.

We strive to ship orders within two business days from date of order.  If shipping will be delayed for any reason, we will make every effort to contact the buyer using buyer-supplied contact information. 

 All shipments within the United States will be handled through United States Postal Service's Priority mail unless the customer requests otherwise.   As of today, priority mail within US for up to 14 ounces ordered, will cost $7.00 for shipping and handling, and should arrive via USPS estimates within 3 business days.  If the customer prefers overnight delivery, a charge of $16.00 will be applied.  Shipping and handling costs to Canada or Mexico will cost  $12.00 for the first 14 ounces.  Anyone wishing to order from outside the U.S., Canada, or Mexico, please contact us by email, fax, or phone and we will determine appropriate shipping and handling costs to your location.

Artist's Jewel Box will not be responsible for lost or delayed delivery due to USPS or other carriers' efforts.
